Open fermented & aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks with raw yellow nectarines, hand grown and picked by Bina and Tim, from Yarralee Orchard, Bathurst NSW. Conditioned for 8 months before release in Spring ’23.
Dry with a mild sourness from long, slow fermentation on fruit. Notes of orange rind come through next to a genuine preservation of nectarine flavour.
Enjoy straight up or in a spritz of your creation perhaps on ice with soda water, citrus and a dash of prosecco.
Made with 100% NSW Riverina grains and Tasmanian hops.
