A couple of months in lockdown meant we had time to work on our version of a New England IPA. (We may or may not have caused a bit of a hoarding panic by clearing out the rolled oats section of the local IGA supermarket!!??)
The classic Citra and Mosaic hops are joined this time by Mandarina Bavaria hops to end up producing a beer that tastes like mandarin juice! Amanda also gets a beer named after her so there are smiles all round!
